Individual Therapy

  • I currently offer sessions in the heart of Marylebone at 85 Wimpole Street, W1G 9RJ. The nearest tube stations are Oxford Street and Bond Street, both just around the corner.

    I currently also provide online sessions if you would prefer doing our sessions from the comfort of your own home.

    Weekly individual sessions take place on the same day and time each week, and typically last 50 minutes.

    I currently have a waitlist for evening appointments, but please do get in touch if this is your preferred time - I would be happy to let you know as soon as a space becomes available. Daytime appointments are also available, so please feel free to enquire about current availability.

Relationship Therapy

    These sessions typically last 75 minutes and are designed to help explore dynamics and communication patterns.

    The regularity of the therapy in total depends on the goals and circumstances of each relationship or family unit that come and see me. This is something that we will agree together, taking into account what works best for all involved.
