We’ll usually meet once a week at a time and day that works well for both of us.
That said, if you need a bit of extra support during a tough time and twice-weekly sessions would help, we can look at that together.
Individual sessions typically last 50 minutes.
Please note that late cancellations (less than 3 working days’ notice) will be charged at the full session rate.

Prior to embarking on my training as a psychotherapist, I qualified and worked as a solicitor in the city for a little while. I also hold an LLM in law.
My undergraduate degree was at the University of Oxford where I originally studied modern languages.
I also hold an MSc in Psychology from BPP University and am in the final stages of my MSc in Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, one of the UK’s leading psychotherapy training providers.
I am committed to continuous professional development and regularly engage in advanced training to enhance my therapeutic practice. Recent specialist training includes a BPS-approved certificate in CBT and focused study in Relationship, Couples, Sex, and Sexuality Therapy.
I am a registered Trainee Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and I abide by their professional code of ethics. I am also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I hold full professional liability insurance and engage in regular professional development and supervision.

It's completely natural to feel a bit nervous before your first session (especially if this is your first experience of therapy). You're not alone in that feeling, and just reaching out is already a really important step.
In our first session, we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. It’s really just a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some gentle questions about what’s bringing you in, what’s been going on in your life, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. But there's no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to.
Mostly, it’s a space for you to begin to feel heard, supported, and safe. We'll work together to create something that feels right for you.
